Fratelli Four ("we", "us") is a family-run hardscaping business serving London, Ontario and surrounding areas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fratellifour.com, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us about it.

When you send our contact form, we collect your name and email address, and any company name, phone number and message you add. We use them only to reply to your inquiry, arrange a visit or quote, and talk with you about your project. We do not use your inquiry to send you promotional emails or texts.
With each form submission, our website also records the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. These are kept with your inquiry as a record of the submission and can help us identify spam.
When you email or phone us, we collect what you choose to share and use it for the same purposes.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider receives the technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and uses it to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising or remarketing cookies or pixels on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before any optional tracking runs.
Our site does not set cookies for visitors. It keeps a few small values in your browser:
Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts and an image-gallery script from jsDelivr, a public code service. Your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.
You can clear stored values or block storage in your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other businesses for their own marketing. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
We publish photos of completed projects, and customers' names and reviews, only with the customer's permission. If you would like a photo, your name or your review removed from our site, contact us and we will remove it.
Our service providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under those countries' laws.
If your inquiry doesn't lead to working together, we delete it, including the form submission and related emails, about 12 months after our last contact with you. Copies left in automatic backups and email trash are removed on a rolling basis within about six weeks after that.
If you become a customer, we keep your information while we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our business, tax, warranty and legal records. Canadian tax rules generally require business records to be kept for six years.
This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer help with your inquiry.
To make a request, email fratelli4services@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
This site doesn't use optional tracking, so a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to switch off. If we ever add optional tracking, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of it.
Our website and services are meant for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
